From Business Owner to Advisor
Before founding Newman HR, I spent two decades running commercial enterprises in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. I faced the same issues you face: staff turnover, complex disciplinary issues, and the fear of getting it wrong.
I realised that most HR advice was overly cautious, lawyers telling you what you can’t do, rather than how to achieve what you need to do.
After working in business for many years I acquired the business with the vision to provide pragmatic, commercial advice that protects the business while allowing it to function. Today, we support over 45 businesses across the South East, managing hr issues for our retained clients.
