Tribunal Awards from April 2010 the annual increases in limits are                                 

  • A week’s pay £380
  • Maximum basic compensatory award/statutory redundancy payment £11,400
  • Maximum Compensatory award for unfair dismissal £65,300

 

 

Holidays from April 1st all full time employees are entitled to 5.6 weeks including statutory holidays

 

From April 5th Statutory Maternity, Paternity(2 weeks only) and Adoption pay rises,  after 1st 6 weeks where it is 90% of average earnings,  to £124.88 (assuming employee earns at least £124.88) per week for 39 weeks
